The Baccarat plenary reception hall, covering 300m, with its technical sound and light unit and a stage mounted on hydraulic jacks, complete with Plasma screens, is the perfect venue for private events such as product launches, shows, fashion parades and workshops, surrounded by 1’500 m¡ of terraces and at the heart of the vines.
The smaller and more intimate, seminar room can seat up to 60 guests (cocktail or conference layout) for half days or full days. Finally, for small groups, the chai à barriques room can welcome 20 to 40 people in a modern, and yet authentic setting.
For events with a limited number of guests, inhouse teams provide catering services.

After a day’s work in a friendly environment, the Clos des Roses welcomes its guests in any of the eight rooms of its hotel, which has earned the Les Collectionneurs label (formerly Châteaux et Hôtels Collection), boasting a chic and relaxed atmosphere; they can also sample the refined Mediterranean cuisine of chef Fabien Pasquale for lunch or dinner at the restaurant La Bastide du Clos des Roses in a refined Provençal atmosphere. But let us not forget that the Clos des Roses is first and foremost a wine-producing estate: tasting sessions are organised, guided tours of the cellars are given, and more generally any enotourism operation can be arranged by the teams of the site, who have years of experience in the field. Recently, therange of activities on offer has been broadened to include pétanque and yoga sessions in the vineyards. Several partner agencies also offer complementary activities: Olympic games, escape games, buggy excursions…
